Seafood lovers, here’s your chance to shine! Enter your favorite crab cake recipe in one of the region’s most popular cooking contests — the University of Delaware's Crab Cake Cook-Off. All recipes are due Friday, August 15th. Eight finalists will prepare their recipes for a panel of judges at Coast Day on Sunday, October 5th, at UD’s Hugh R. Sharp Campus in Lewes.
