Join us for the Spring 2025 meeting of the Delaware Statewide Submerged Aquatic Vegetation (DeSSAV) Workgroup! This meeting brings together researchers, resource managers, and participants across Delaware to share updates, discuss ongoing efforts, and collaborate on advancing the conservation and restoration of submerged aquatic vegetation (SAV) in Delaware’s waterways.
This is a great opportunity to network with colleagues and contribute to the shared goal of protecting these vital aquatic habitats. This meeting is open to anyone interested in submerged aquatic vegetation, including scientists, environmental managers, policymakers, educators, and community members who are doing or are interested in doing work within Delaware’s borders. The spring 2025 meeting will focus on reviewing workgroup goals, adjusting and setting new ones and more.
Please contact Brittany Haywood at haywoobl@udel.edu to register or visit delawaresav.org to find out more.
Let’s work together to support the health and sustainability of Delaware’s aquatic ecosystems. See you on April 2!
